STEM Workshop: 3D Printed Façade System
Designed and prototyped a modular building facade system using 3D printing, from concept through fabrication. The project involved researching existing facade technologies, defining design goals, developing module geometry and connection details, 3D modeling in Rhino/Grasshopper, and producing physical prototypes at multiple scales using PLA filament. Deliverables included technical drawings, assembly diagrams, renders, and an assembled multi-module prototype.
